Chaos as two women fight in Ruaka nightclub, disrupt operations – VIDEO

Ruaka-fight

Short video clips of two women fighting in a nightclub in Ruaka, Kiambu County have gone viral on social media.

It is alleged that the adversaries were fighting over a businessman, who had gone to Lavaranda Lounge 97 with one of them.

It is said the man at the centre of the catfight got interested in the other woman, resulting in the vicious fight after the businessman’s lover discovered his new interest.

So messy was the fight that chairs and tables were pushed to the ground as beer bottles were broken during the early Sunday melee.

One of the women, who was bigger in terms of physique, could be seen – in the videos – landing several slaps on her opponent.

EDAILY reached an administrator at Lavaranda Lounge 97 for comment.

The administrator said the fight “did not result in extensive destruction”.

“There are things as the management of a nightclub we cannot prevent; for instance, revelers fighting in our joint. The best we can do, under such circumstances, is throw out the fighting pair, just like we did with the two fighting women. They broke ten alcohol bottles, which we charged them for,” said the administrator.

The nightclub says it would increase its security personnel to avert or minimise such incidents in the future.
