Fears Of World War 3 Erupt After Trump Orders Brutal Attack

The killing of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard top commander has sparked furious reactions from the Iranians with the president promising retaliation to the attack, bringing forth worries of a possible fight between the two world giants.
The White House confirmed the attack on Friday, in which Maj. General Qassim Suleimani died. The attack was carried at the Baghdad International Airport.

President Trump was unapologetic after the attack, tweeting the American flag without any caption of it.
The killed general was believed to be behind the Quds Force that oversaw the killing of hundreds of American soldiers during the Iraq war.

The US claimed they intercepted the general when he was amid plans to attack US diplomats and soldiers in Iraq.

The attack has not only posed a great threat to America but also its close associates and especially Israel which for long has been one of America’s Interests.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani termed the attack by the US as cowardly and they will be planning an attack to revenge in the near future.

Donald Trump received criticism and praise in equal measure following the attack, his critics mentioning he has put the future of the nation and the surrounding regions at stake, while those in his support likening the attack to that of Al Qaeda’s Osama Bin Laden in 2011, which had no negative impact to the country when President Obama was the one at the helm.

The killing of Suleiman had an impact shortly after the announcement was made. Asia stock markets were reported to have significantly gone down, hiking of oil prices, the death toll in Baghdad reaching 12 people so far, Israel convening a security meeting to brace for a possible mighty war, Iranian government declaring three days of national mourning, and notably Russia terming the killing as an “assassination”, not explaining the interest it may take in the whole debacle.

Special Gift That Kipchoge Gave His Pacemakers After Historical Win [PHOTOS]

After winning the INEOS 1:59 Challenge, Eluid Kipchoge decided to gift the 41 pacemakers who aided his victory.

The INEOS website reported that the 34-year-old athlete gave each of them a signed trophy.

The move was so as to commemorate their efforts in the highly-anticipated marathon where Kipchoge crossed the finishing line in a record time of 1:59:40.

The 41 pacemakers who helped Eliud Kipchoge attain victory holding up their signed trophies.

According to a report by Nation, former 1,500 and 5,000m champion Bernard Lagat and former Commonwealth 5000m champion Augustine Choge were among the 41 pacemakers.

The pacemakers ran in groups of seven, five were constantly ahead of Kipchoge in a 'V' formation, with two runners behind him.

Their main role was to dictate Kipchoge's pace while also protecting him from the wind, which could slow him down.

The first set of pacemakers ran 3km while the rest covered roughly 5km.

New pacemakers joined him after every 4.8km, while the ones who were running with him went out.

The pacemakers behind the Olympic champion did 9.8 kilometres, which is a full lap on the Vienna course.

President Uhuru Kenyatta along with Central Bank Governor Patrick Njoroge on Madaraka Day launched Kenya's new generation banknotes that adhere to the standards outlined by the 2010 Constitution.
The new notes have specialized features that will help in distinguishing the real notes from the fakes with three of these features being elements one will be able to feel by touching.
On the face of each note, one should be able to feel the value of the note, the word Kenya and raised bars at the left border of the note, all embossed.

Video of Kanze Dena's Amazing Dancing Skills Live on Air

State House Spokesperson, Kanze Dena, broke into song and dance during an interview on Radio Maisha on Monday.

Once the popular hit song by Tanzanian star, Nandy, went on air, Kanze couldn't help it as she got down to the beat alongside host Billy and MCA Tricky.

Kanze impressed not only with her array of amazing dance moves but her singing too, as she was belting out the love song word for word.

Speaking to Kenyans.co.ke, Kanze disclosed that the Nandy hitsong was in the list of her all-time favourites.

Kanze had made an appearance at the station to allay recent fears that President Uhuru Kenyatta was missing since he returned from his trip to China.

“I get surprised when people say that the president has gone missing in action. President Kenyatta has been in his office tackling various state issues as well as taking time to meditate," she remarked.
Kanze, however, affirmed that there has been some oversight in communication from her office and apologized for the error.

She went on to disclose that her office would rectify past mistakes by being open and forthright in their future communications so as to avoid similar scenarios.

Kanze re-emphasized that President Uhuru didn't have to always be in the limelight to prove that he was actually busy working.

“The President is around, it doesn’t mean that because he is not seen in public he is not there, he has an office where he goes every day to work,” she remarked.

He added that he had met with executives of the Global Fund recently among other executive meetings.

President Uhuru was finally spotted on Monday at State House, Nairobi, as he signed into law the Health Laws (Amendment) Bill of 2018 and the Assumption of the Office of County Governor Bill.

Here is the video of Kanze Dena breaking dancing during an interview:

In a War of Huawei, Chinese Govt Now Bans Apple Products in China

In a War of Huawei, Chinese Govt is Now Banning Apple Products in China

Trump banning Huawei product in the US was not good news for China. As it restricted the world second largest smartphone makers from its biggest market. However, this doesn’t mean China can’t retaliate as they can ban Apple “world’s third-largest smartphone maker” in China.

An analyst name Goldman Sachs estimated that if Apple is to be ban in China, it could lose 29% of its profits if China proceeds with the ban. China is responsible for 17% percent of Apple product sales, and such a ban could be awful news for Apple.

All of this is just hypothetical as China doesn’t have to ban Apple for sure. However, banning them would be a statement to Trump and its administration that China won’t be bullied into decisions, and they can take a gutsy call as well.

Another thing which needs to take into consideration is that Apple products are manufactured in China and the loss would be quite more than just 29% for Apple.

Although there is speculation Apple is looking at India for production and this would also help grow its market in India.

However, Apple would face many immediate difficulties. Our analysts Goldman further says that such a move is only preferred if Apple is thinking of shifting permanently from China.

If they do so, this would have a significant impact on China’s tech ecosystem and local labor.

However, Apple is not the only country who has built its products in China. There is a host of other American companies as well. China has increased its tariffs in recent years, and if this ban comes, many companies will surely move out of China. But this is terrible news for the consumer as they have to suffer in the trade war between USA and China.

Worried of Huawei blacklisting? Here are six facts you should know

worried-of-huawei-blacklisting-here-are-six-facts-you-should-know

After US president Donald Trump, on Thursday, added Huawei technology firm among the blacklisted companies that cannot trade with US firms, the message definitely sent jitters among the users and admirers of the second largest smartphone dealer company after Samsung.

While some of the people might be contemplating a contingency plan, just in case their Huawei device is rendered functionless on the key programs they have endeared themselves into, it is prudent to keep in mind the following facts before making an unnecessary move.

Here are six things Huawei users need to know;

· Holder of the current Huawei smartphones with google apps will continue to use and download app updates provided by Google.

· Google play and the security protections from google play continue to function on existing Huawei devices.

· Future versions of Huawei smartphones that run on Android will not have access to popular services, including Google Play Store Gmail and YouTube.

· Huawei has access to the free version of the Android operating system available through the open source license, known as the Android Open Source Project (AOSP).

· Huawei has been working on a contingency plan by developing its own technology in case it is blocked from using Android. The technology is already a function in China.

· The impact is minimal in China since most google mobile apps are banned there.

Pay my Sh 4 billion or I expel all Kenyans living or working in DUBAI and QATAR- UAE ruler SHEIKH AL MAKTOUM tells UHURU

United Arab Emirates (UAE) ruler, Sheik Al Maktoum, is now demanding Sh 4 billion in cash from the Kenyan Government after he was conned by Kenyan criminals who were posing as senior Government officials.

In a letter he wrote to President Uhuru Kenyatta last week, Sheikh Maktoum expressed his anger over how conmen who were posing as international gold merchants conned him Sh 4 billion under pretense that they will sell him gold from Democratic Republic of Congo.

The conmen, according to Sheikh Maktoum used the names of President Uhuru Kenyatta, National Super Alliance (NASA) leader, Raila Odinga, and Interior Cabinet Secretary, Fred Matiangi.

One of the conmen is Bungoma Senator, Moses Wetangula, and prominent city businessman, Jared Otieno.

According to Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI), George Kinoti, Wetangula, who is also the Ford Kenya party leader was the mastermind of the scheme where he used his international contacts to con the Dubai ruler millions of dollars.

Wetangula is yet to be arrested.

Lawyer Nyakundi who shot son, back home in Muthaiga

Lawyer Assa Nyakundi arrives at a Limuru court with his client, Neno Evangelism Centre Pastor James Ng'ang'a, May 4, 2018. /GEORGE MUGO
Wife of lawyer Assa Nyakundi and their children have insisted he should go back to their Muthaiga house.
Three weeks ago, the court granted Nyakundi bail over the killing of his son, but ruled he should not to go to his house.
His lawyers, Danstan Omari, Dr John Khamniwa and Cliff Ombeta, on Friday informed trial magistrate Teresia Nyang’ena that Lydia Nyakundi and her children, who are key prosecution witnesses in the case, want Nyakundi back.
The lawyers said Lydia has accepted the situation and wants to reunite with her husband.

The lawyers produced receipts indicating that Nyakundi is paying Sh6,000 daily for his separate accommodation, which they said was very expensive for him because he is not practicing at the moment.
He was charged with manslaughter in what Director of Criminal Investigations George Kinoti believes was a result of bungled investigations.
The DPP is seeking to be allowed to enter a Nolle Prosequi in the manslaughter charge, and charge Nyakundi with murder.
Kinoti has since interdicted two senior investigating officers in the case and ordered a public inquiry into what he called a “major cover-up”.
But defence lawyers told the court that Lydia considered the death of her son an “accident”.
They said she carried out her own investigations and established that it was not murder and her husband is innocent.
“LYDIA HAS ACTUALLY ADMITTED THAT WAS AN ACCIDENT AND SHE HAS BELIEVED HER HUSBAND. SHE HAS DONE HER OWN INVESTIGATIONS AND DISCOVERED THAT IT WAS AN ACCIDENT,” SAID THE LAWYERS.

The lawyers argued that barring him from his family did not sit well with the victims, particularly the wife, “who has been in a holy union with the accused person for over four decades.”
They said that the accused, who has been living in a rented apartment in Kilimani following the court order, should be allowed “to rejoin his lovely wife and children.
“WHAT YOU (PROSECUTION) ARE DOING TO NYAKUNDI IS WICKED, IMMORAL AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. WE CANNOT DESTROY A FAMILY IN THIS MANNER. WE ARE DESTROYING NYAKUNDI’S FAMILY, HIS WIFE IS LONGING FOR HER HUSBAND,” SAID SAID LAWYER OMARI IN HIS SUBMISSION.
The lawyers said no woman in her senses, knowing or having any evidence that her husband is responsible for the death of her son, would want to have him back and share the same roof and bed.
“NO WOMAN WOULD DO SUCH A THING. THE WOMAN IN THIS PARTICULAR CASE WANTS HER HUSBAND BACK, THE CHILDREN WANT THEIR FATHER BACK,” THEY TOLD THE COURT AND ACCUSED THE DPP OF ACTING RECKLESSLY.
The lawyers claimed that the DPP wanted the lawyer discharged so that they could have him rearrested, given the huge presence of police officers in court precincts.
But state prosecutor Catherine Mwaniki argued the claims were not in good faith, saying it was shocking that Nyakundi appeared uninterested in pursuing justice for her son even after new evidence indicated that the offence was not manslaughter.
She said Lydia was a witness who had already recorded a statement under Section 127 of the Evidence Act.

Betrayal in the city: Man finds out his 5 kids are fathered by someone else

A distraught Kenyan man is in shock after his mother-in-law dropped the bomb on him claiming. She told him during an ugly argument that he is not the father of his five children.
This all happened when the city man and his wife got into a nasty fight. His wife packed her belongings and left.
Angered by this, the wife’s mother could no longer keep a secret and decided to let the cat out of the bag.
To confirm his fears, the man opted for a DNA test of his five kids only for the results to turn negative.
He had no option but to end the relationship. He re-married and now has two ‘legit’ kids with his new wife.
Read his narration below.
MY WIFE GOT FIVE KIDS OUT OF WEDLOCK WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. ALL ALONG I THOUGHT THEY WERE MINE.

THE MOTHER THEN CALLED ME AND TOLD ME NONE OF THE KIDS WERE MINE.

The heartbroken man goes on to narrate how betrayed he felt given that he had been married to her for 10 years.
WHEN WE WENT FOR DNA THE RESULTS ALL TURNED OUT NEGATIVE,THAT NONE OF THE KIDS BELONGED TO ME.

WE HAVE LIVED TOGETHER FOR THE LAST TEN YEARS. I FINALLY DECIDED TO GET MARRIED TO SOMEONE ELSE AND SO FAR WE HAVE TWO KIDS AND BOTH OF THEM ARE MINE ACCORDING TO DNA RESULTS WE CARRIED OUT.
