‘Huwezi Nidandia’ singer Kush Tracey gets saved

Secular musician Kush Tracey, whose real name is Teresia Ndoti Wambua, is now born again.

Kush Tracey dedicated her life to Jesus last Sunday at Nairobi’s Mavuno Church.

Taking to Instagram recently, the “Huwezi Nidandia” hit-maker announced news about her switch from secular to gospel.

“It has been a longtime coming. I always fought with my inner spirit every time I was doing secular music, but as I always say #GodAboveAll. I have given my life to Christ today and ready to embark on the journey to fulfill my divine destiny, my anointing, my praise, my worship will never be paralysed by the devil again, well y’all know the fear of God is the beginning of all wisdom. To God be the glory. Amen,” she posted on the social media platform.

Several gospel musicians took to the comments section to welcome Kush Tracey to the new world.

Wahu Kagwi, who is formerly a secular musician, said: “Wow! Welcome, my love.”

Amani, who, until her salvation, was a celebrated secular artiste, said: “Welcome home. As the angels rejoice, we rejoice too. May His grace that has saved you, keep you.”

Gospel entertainer, DJ Mo, said: “[You have made] the best decision ever. Welcome home. [May] God bless and guide you in every step.”
