Dennis Itumbi is a close friend of Jacque Maribe, some may even theorize that they were more than that.

Even after she got engaged to Joe Irungu, and Maribe was officially off the market, Dennis was the consummate gentleman congratulating her like a BFF.
He wrote:

And many would have thought that he was just trying to cover up the hurt in his heart but it seems that the former State House operative was not playing around.
Jacque along with her fiance has been accused of the murder of Monicah Kimani that took place on the 19th of September in the Kilimani area.
The two are now standing trial for the crime and they appeared today before the court to each take their pleas.
And Itumbi, always in Jacque’s corner decided to post a sweet tweet for the murder suspect.
He wrote:
IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN SAID AND I AGREE THAT, “THE ARC OF THE MORAL UNIVERSE IS LONG, BUT IT BENDS TOWARDS JUSTICE.” THOUGH IT TARRIES, BE SURE THAT JUSTICE WILL BE DONE MY DEAR FRIEND JACQUE MARIBE SO SHALL IT BE DONE FOR MONICA AND FAMILY. SO, GRACIOUSLY HEAR ME LORD. GOOD WEEK.
Markedly, he did not wish the same pleasantries for Joe. Clearly, this friendship does not extend to her fiance, Joe.
