A man from Kangoya village in Kiambu County claims ghosts have been tormenting him and giving him sleepless nights.
Jack Macharia told The Nairobian that for the past two weeks, the ghosts have invaded his house and often beat him and eat his food.
“I had prepared chicken soup that night and around 9pm, I retired to bed. At exactly 4am, I was woken up with beatings. I couldn’t see who was whipping me. I screamed for help and started praying. When I checked the sufuria, my meal had disappeared”, he said.
Macharia, a senior bachelor, claims that he suspects two light-skinned women he met in a matatu two weeks ago are behind his troubles.
“There was this day when I was in a mathree heading to Ruiru. I was sandwiched between two slay queens. I overhead them gossiping me. They claimed that I looked rich and probably owned many cars. I felt strange and I asked the tout to stop the vehicle and I alighted. Since that day, I started experiencing theses strange things”, he claimed.
Macharia revealed that he now dreads nightfall.
“These spirits have overpowered me. I’m now contemplating seeing a pastor to pray for me. Just a few days ago, I was chatting with my friends when the ghosts attacked me and started beating me,” he claimed.
