A man shared his frustrations on Twitter after finding out that he was tricked at an electronic shop in Githurai, Nairobi. He bought a power bank at the shop and went to try it at home.
On reaching home he got it out to try. He discovered that it was not working. After several attempts without success, he decided to open the power bank to establish what could be the problem.
“I bought a power bank at computer village, I was trying to charge it I found it is not working so I decided to open it. This is what I found inside,” the man said.
After opening he found hardened Ugali stashed inside, at the point realizing he had been fooled.
His followers questioned his sobriety, many wondering why he would not insist to have the dealer test for him the power bank at the point of sale.
