Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria was on Friday, January 10 arrested by police officers from Kilimani Police Station in unclear circumstances, as reported by Citizen TV.

Netizens had earlier called for the arrest of the legislator, accusing him of assaulting a Kiambu activist, Joyce Wanja. 

Wanja had reported the matter to Kilimani Police Station on the morning before he was nabbed.
