The family of Ken Okoth was going through a tussle after a nominated MCA Anne thumbi came out to admit that she was in a relationship with Ken and that they had a baby.
Even though most people supported her, Ken’s family was not so happy. They claimed that Ken had no child and even ordered for a DNA test. The test was done but Monica still wasn’t convinced.
“THE DNA RESULTS OBTAINED BY THE APPLICANT INDICATE THAT THE ALLEGED FATHER IS NOT EXCLUDED AS THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER OF THE CHILD,”
The widow, Thumbi and Ken Okoth’s mother Angelina Ajwang’, through their lawyers, have finally consented to have the case closed. The application was filed in a Nairobi court on Tuesday.
