Media personality Cheptoek Boyo, Jalang’o’s baby mama has revealed that they’re best friends.
During a Q&A session with her followers, she talked about their relationship and co-parenting.

Not so long ago, Boyo publicly said that they were no longer an item.
AN ASSUMPTION IS JUST THAT, IF THERE IS NO CLARIFICATION MADE. THAT’S WHY I WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS A FEW ISSUES CONCERNING MY RELATIONSHIP WITH PHELIX (JALANG’O). AS MANY MAY NOT KNOW WE ARE NO LONGER TOGETHER AS A COUPLE. WE BROKE UP OVER TWO YEARS AGO AND FOR THE RESPECT OF HIS WIFE AND FAMILY I WOULD LIKE TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT. YES, I AM SINGLE AND HE IS HAPPILY MARRIED. WE ARE STILL GOOD FRIEND’S AND CO-PARENTING HAS NEVER BEEN BETTER.
