Yesterday Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko nominated five new County Executive Committee (CEC) members and vocal medic Dr Stella Bosire was among them.
Dr. Stella Bosire Otieno was nominated the new CEC for Health. The learned woman not only caught the attention of many because of her nomination but because of her sober mind and beauty. Photos of Dr Bosire are circulating online and many are convinced that the 33-year-old will do a better job.
She holds a degree in medicine from the University of Nairobi and Masters in Global health policy from University of London.
