Fierce city cop Hessy wa Dandora has put yet another thug on spot. According to Hessy, there’s a notorious thug identified as Kuchero, who is giving city residents sleepless nights.
He shared a photo (above) of the guy and captioned;
KIJANA KWA JINA KUCHERO: MWIZI SUGU BUT WHAT SURPRISES ME IS THAT, ANANYANYASA WANANCHI PALE KIFARAGEMAHALI WALE WEZI WENGINE SITA WALIULIWA LAST MONTH IKASEMEKANA NI WANAFUNZI! SITAONGEA MOB SANA BUT, CHUMA ITAKUTANA NA CHUMA SIKU INGINE, WEWE ENDELEA TU NA UBANDIT.
This is not the first time Hessy is warning thugs to change but he has done it severally. His warnings have fallen on deaf ears.
Hessy also called upon city thugs who are yet to reform to change their ways or face the wrath. His message read;
WHEN WE ISSUE WARNINGS, THEY SAY WE RANT
WHEN WE GIVE THEM TIME TO CHANGE THEY SAY WE’VE SLEPT
WHEN WE STRIKE, THEY TERM IT EXTRAJUDICIAL
IF YOU CAN’T REFORM, AWAIT TO BE DEFORMED.
