Citizen TV news anchor Fred Indimuli has quit hosting the morning show dubbed #DayBreak that airs from 6am-9am (Monday-Friday).
Indumuli revealed that Tuesday was his last day to appear on Day break where he used to do News reviews alongside a panel of politicians and other stakeholders.
In his words, Indumuli seems to be taking on a new role at the Royal Media Owned station. He added that he will soon communicate his new assignments.

“It’s not that am going somewhere, it’s only that am presiding over my last edition on Day Break. A few things will change but I will communicate that. It’s been a pleasure hosting Day Break, the news review for the last 2 and half years and Thank you for always being such a lovely audience,” Indimuli stated.
He used to host Day Break alongside Joey Muthengi, Willis Raburu and Waihiga Mwaura, who is currently at BBC headquarters after winning the BBC World News Komla Dumor Award.
