Pastor Ng’ang’a of the Neno Evangelism Center, not your ordinary preacher, is against coins offerings in January and with good reasons.

He has made it clear before that his church shall treat is as sacrilegious for any worshiper present coins as a way of thanksgiving.

He rubbished the use of coins in Church, saying that it is not the best of the place that is supposed to accept the worthless offerings.

“Why do we steal from God when we know that the economic times have grown harder?” he had posed.
