Akothee was overcome with emotion when her first sweetheart the father of her three daughters went to visit her in hospital.
Akothee collapsed on stage while performing in Kisumu a fortnight ago and has been in the hospital ever since.
In one Instagram post, she penned a morbid message about her death and burial place.

However, she encouraged her daughter Vesha telling her not to worry.
