A Kenyan man is still reeling from shock after his ex ended up in prison after being tracked down for receiving money from a ‘sponsor’.
According to *Ken*, his bae would receive money from Mr Money bags and invest it with him.
He says,
SOMETIMES PEOPLE GET LUCKY BUT DOES SHE KNOW THE SOURCE OF THE MONEY? MY EX IS ROTTING IN LANGATA WOMEN’S PRISON FOR THE SAME MISTAKE OF RECEIVING MONEY SHE HAS NO CLUE WHERE IT CAME FROM
SHE WAS SENTENCED FOR AIDING AND ABATING BECAUSE THE GUY USED HER ACCOUNT TO CLEAN HIS MONEY .
He adds,
THE SPONSOR WOULD SEND 5000$ (KSH 500,000) EVERY MONTH .HE WOULD THEN SUGGEST THAT SHE GOES BUY LAND, A CAR…ALL THAT STUFF.
He continued narrating,
WHEN IT WENT DOWN SHE WAS THE ONE WHO WAS ARRESTED BECAUSE ALL THE MONEY PASSED THROUGH HER ACCOUNT. ITS GOOD TO USE THE LITTLE YOU HAVE ATLEAST YOU KNOW WHERE IT IS COMING FROM.
A Kenyan woman also confessed that she has been living off a West African Man for the last 8 years and she is not ashamed of it.
She hasn’t worked for 4 years. This is despite the fact that the man in question is married.
Here is what she had to say.
I MET THIS MAN 8 YEARS AGO, HE IS MARRIED AND THE WIFE LIVES IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY. WE MET IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY(NOT WHERE HE IS LIVING WITH THE WIFE) AND THINGS ARE SUPER, MY CHILD IS GOING TO A GOOD SCHOOL. I AM LIVING IN MY OWN HOUSE. MEN HELP BUILD OUR EMPIRES SO LETS NOT LIE ABOUT IT.
She goes on to defend herself arguing that he is a lover and not a sponsor as many would say.
HE IS NOT A SPONSOR SINCE WE HAVE BEEN TOGETHER FOR 8 YEARS. WE ARE NOT GONNA GET MARRIED AND WE ARE NOT PLANNING TO HAVE KIDS BUT YES HE IS PROVIDING. HE SENDS ME 300$ (KSH 30,000) EVERY MONTH AND HE EVEN TOLD ME I DON’T HAVE TO WORK.
She adds,
INITIALLY I USED TO WORK IN A VERY REPUTABLE ORGANIZATION. BUT SINCE THE MAN HAD MONEY I JUST BECAME COMFORTABLE AND HE TOLD ME THAT I DON’T HAVE TO WORK.ITS BEEN FOUR YEARS WITHOUT ME WORKING AND I AM COMFORTABLE.
Another Kenyan also confessed that he has been sponsoring a woman without the knowledge of his wife.
THIS THINGS HAPPEN ,THERE IS A WOMAN I SEND 10K EVERY MONTH JUST FOR HER OWN STUFF, SHE IS NOT MY GIRLFRIEND JUST A GOOD FRIEND. THERE ARE THINGS YOU SHARE WITH PEOPLE JUST A RELATIONSHIP WITH S#X JUST THINGS YOU CANNOT SHARE WITH SOMEONE ELSE.
He adds
MY WIFE SUSPECTS BUT SHE IS NOT SURE, I HAVE BEEN SENDING HER THE CASH FOR THE LAST ONE AND A HALF YEAR.
