Police are looking for two Technical University of Mombasa (TUM) male students, who beat up their colleague over a woman.




An undated but recent video showing the two suspects, Cedric and Chiga, assaulting their colleague, Alloys Mwangi, in a hostel room went viral, prompting the institution’s administration to suspend the two.



One of the suspects could be heard asking the victim why he was eyeing his girlfriend.



TUM students’ leader, Jurist Muchiri, says they swiftly reported the two to the varsity’s administration and police on the day the incident happened.



The suspects await to be presented before TUM’s disciplinary committee.
