The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on Wednesday appealed for information on two adults captured in a video urging a toddler to smoke bhang.
In the now viral video, one of the men is seen lying on a bed while the other is seated with the child standing and leaning on his lap.
The adults are heard instructing the minor on how to smoke a roll of bhang and, at some point, one of them takes a puff and blows it on the toddler’s face.
The DCI, in a tweet posted Wednesday evening, said: “We’re extremely worried about the child. If you can recognise them or have any information that may further our investigations, kindly DM us.”
