
Female officer that was accused of killing a KCSE candidate in Dandora has a been identified as constable Mueni from Kinyago police post.
Onlookers said that 21 year old Samuel Musili became a victim of extra judicial killings owing to his curiosity. They said that he was woken up by an array of gun shots and decided to climb a tree to watch.
Constable Mueni summoned him from the tree and shot him on the chest and on the head. Three other suspects, from one family were also shot dead after the main suspect allegedly fell into their house from the roof, trying to escape.
Undercover police have been bragging on social media how they have gunned down thieves in that area. A group of police officers who identify themselves as Hessy say that the usually warn the young men before shooting them.
In a post he told a woman that her son was a thief and a rapist and that is why he was gunned down.



The police questioned the documentary aired by NTV pitching them against the alleged robbery with violence perpetrators.
Human Rights organizations have castigated the police for the extra judicial killings that have been happening lately.
The Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) has initiated investigations against the police who have been involved in the killings.
