Ben Kitili recently wed his gorgeous fiancée Amina Mude in a beautiful and close-knit wedding on Friday 16th November.
The two tied the knot at the AG's office on Friday morning before hosting their family, friends and colleagues for a fancy wedding dinner at the Panari Hotel.
When the couple shared photos from their big day most of the comments were positive, but they also received a lot of backlash for their cross-cultural and cross-religious union since he is Kamba-Christian and Amina is a Borana-Muslim.

Some people even went overboard and claimed that Amina had ‘sold her dignity and whole beauty to the devils and despised Prophet Mohammed’s teachings.’
Following the mixed reactions to their big day, Ben Kitili commented that he was happy to have married the wife of his youth and emphasised that God is more important than religion.
“A beautiful day when I married the wife of my youth @amina_mude, who I promise to love and protect with my all..thank you all for your warm wishes and prayers..we are humbled.. To all my Muslim and Somali brothers and sisters, especially my shemejis from Wajir; thanks a lot for your kind words and great reception.. Before their big day, Amina enjoyed a lavish surprise baby shower to celebrate her upcoming nuptials.
The blushing bride-to-be shared a post that read “I was caught unawares yet again, this time round for my bridal shower. To my girls, thank you so much for the surprise, for the love and laughter we had. God bless you and yeeeeeeees Harusi tunayo.”
