Media Personality Julie Gichuru has left Kenyans on social media talking after sharing a photo of herself with her husband having an ice bath in undisclosed location.
The photo did capture attention of Kenyans, but some Kenyans found the message to be cryptic, with some saying it’s open to varied interpretations.

Although many might be thinking of totally different 25 or so minutes, the message was attached to a photo of the pair undergoing a whole body cryotherapy; a pain treatment that uses a technique of localized freezing temperatures in order to calm irritated nerves.
The procedure can as well be used to treat localized areas of some cancers (which then becomes cryosurgery). Some cancers that benefit from this procedure include prostate cancer. It can also be used by dermatologists to treat abnormal skin cells.
