In his tour to Kenya, the Duke of Cambridge William Arthur visited Laikipia today, to see how British and Kenyan troops are training together.
During his visit, he met with local politicians from Laikipia and Samburu, where British Army Training Unit Kenya (BATUK) train.
“It is noteworthy that Prince William is a crusader of wildlife conservation and his current tour is largely a conservation affair,” Laikipia Governor Ndiritu Muriithi said.
William’s last visit to Kenya was in March 2016 when he met President Uhuru Kenyatta at State House in Nairobi and discussed security matters and wildlife conservation.
After Kenya’s visit, he will head to Tanzania and Zambia.
Prince William is on an African tour on conservation mission.
